Plain answers for practical people.
You should know what happens before you hand anything over. Here is the straightforward version.
Open the questions that matter to your team. There is no fine print hiding behind a sales voice.
What do I actually have to do?
Fill out your intake questionnaire — it's more than 100 questions, so give yourself some time with it. Set us up with access to your social media accounts and send us the link. Once a month, send us anything we need to know: promotions, changes, campaigns. We'll send you your blog posts.See the service details
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No — and we never want them. We ask to be added as a user or admin on your accounts, so you keep control and can remove us at any time.
We already have someone doing our social media.
Great — keep them. Most people we meet post once or twice a week because that's all the time they have. Your person keeps doing that, and we fill in the rest of the week.See the service details
Where does the content come from?
You. Send us your events, photos, videos, updates, and wins to one email address and we turn it into posts and blog stories. We also write about the need your organization exists to meet — not just your organization.See the service details
Will callers know the phone is answered by AI?
Yes — and that's the point. The receptionist says plainly that she's virtual and that her job is to make sure your caller gets a callback fast. People are fine with it when it's honest, and they're the nicest person your callers will talk to all day.See the service details
What about urgent calls?
We work with you on what counts as urgent and where it should go — so the right person on your team is alerted rather than left in a message queue.See the service details
I already have a website I like.
Then keep it. We can't access it or make updates to it, and we won't try to talk you out of it. It stays yours.See the service details
I'm not happy with my website — or I never have time to update it.
Then let's talk about us taking it on. We'd build you a new one, manage it, and host it on your domain. It's a $500 one-time build and $25 a month after that.See the service details
Do you write our grant applications?
No — and we won't pretend to. We find the grants you qualify for and give you the amount, the deadline, and how to apply. The writing and the answers stay with you, where they should be.See the service details
Is our information private?
Yes. Your workspace is your own and is walled off from every other organization we work with. We don't share content, contacts, or data between clients — and we never sell your information.
Do you handle donations?
No. That stays with you. Money goes straight to your own account, and how you accept it is up to you.
What if we cancel within six months?
You've signed a six-month agreement, so payment is expected for the full six months. After that you have two choices: go month to month, which moves you to the regular rate, or sign another six-month (or longer) agreement to keep your promotional rate.
Do you work with churches and private schools?
Yes — we roll out the red carpet for them. Our current focus is nonprofits, and we consider private schools that are nonprofits as well.
What if you add new features?
When we bring something new out, we'll make sure you know about it and how to get it.

Funding is easier to find when someone is looking with you.
Every month, we identify three grants your organization may qualify for and give you the amount, the requirements, how to apply, and the deadline. You decide what fits and write the application yourself.
